FREE Wellness Consulting Session

• 30 minutes personal 1-on-1 wellness consultation to discuss wellness challenges and goals
• Recommendation for a path forward to -term wellness goals (based on consultation session)

Cost: $75 for a 45mins - 1 hour session with a Wellness Coach

• Analysis of Nutrition Survey (based on completed nutrient survey)
• Nutrient Analysis Report (based on individual survey responses)
• Wellness plan recommendation (based on consultation and current nutrition survey)
• Discussion of wellness concerns and goals
• Recommendation for a path forward to achieve wellness goals 

Cost: $75 Pre-screening session + $197/monthly 

***pre-screening waived if 1-on-1 session conducted in last 30 days

• Individualized nutritional plan created specifically for your body’s current nutritional needs based on 
• Personalized detailed nutritional analysis (based on Micro-nutrient blood test results)
• Nutrition Survey Assessment (based on personal nutrition survey submitted)

• Free Wellness planner journal to help track and monitor your progress related to your kidney function (submitted to assigned coach weekly for analysis)
